Kishani Gibbons

Kishani Gibbons is responsible for the Customer Services & Informatics team at UBC Facilities, which includes Facilities Managers, Business Operations, Change Management and Training, and Facilities Inventory & Information Systems. In this capacity she is responsible for meeting and exceeding customer service across the UBC Vancouver campus to ensure students, faculty and staff are able to pursue excellence in research and learning. Her teams act as the primary link between customers and UBC Facilities and they work collaboratively to ensure Facilities provides the services the campus community requires.

Kishani is newly appointed as the Interim Chair, Membership and Community Engagement on the PCAPPA board. Her work experience includes over 20 years at the University of British Columbia in several different roles in Facilities. Kishani is a registered Project Management Professional (PMP) and has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from UBC. In addition, she has a Post Diploma in Business Administration from the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT), and an Award of Achievement in Diversity and Inclusion from UBC.
