Kimberly Case-Nichols
Kimberly Case-Nichols serves as the General Manager of Strategic Operations and Facilities Management at Nevada Health & Bioscience Corporation. In this role, she aligns business strategies with physical infrastructure to ensure optimal service delivery and building performance. Her leadership expertise spans the integration of people, spaces, infrastructure, and business operations, driving excellence in learning environments, patient care, and research initiatives.
Kim has over 20 years of leadership experience in higher education, specializing in business strategy execution and the management of educational, clinical, and research facilities. She has held key leadership positions at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and Stanford University, including Chief of Staff in Business Affairs and Executive Director of Space and Facilities Management for the Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine at UNLV.
Kim currently serves as Conference Chair for PCAPPA and as Emerita Administrative Faculty for the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She is also an active member of the Association of American Medical Colleges. Kim has held several key roles on the PCAPPA Board, including Past President and Secretary, and was recently appointed as an At-Large Board Member for International APPA. A strong advocate for women in leadership and inclusive practices, Kim is dedicated to supporting diversity within the community. Originally from Illinois, she earned her BA from Columbia College in Chicago and her MBA from Notre Dame de Namur in Belmont, California.
