With over 25 years as a facilities professional in higher education and healthcare, Mia Love’s passion lies at the helm of neurodiversity initiatives.

Following 16 years in Residential and Dining Enterprises and 5 years at Stanford University Medical center, Mia has been in Land Buildings & Real Estate for the past 7 years, currently in the capacity of District Director.

In addition, her passion is rooted in a deep understanding of Neuro-spicy (neurodivergent) thinking and AuDHD. Overseeing programs that enhance the well-being of diverse populations, Mia applies her expertise to create inclusive and supportive environments. The skills she honed over nearly a decade as a Holistic Health Practitioner have been pivotal in fostering not just academic success but holistic growth as well. As a TEDx and keynote speaker/facilitator, Mia has the opportunity to ensure inclusive learning and create opportunities for the Neuro-Spicy community and allies.

Mia’s entrepreneurial journey with Real Freedom With Love (www.mialovecoaching.com) underscores her dedication to empowering high-potential professionals. By integrating practices like Reiki and energetic healing, she crafts transformative experiences that combat imposter syndrome and promote balance. Her mission is fueled by a passion for holistic wellness, evidenced by her 15+ years creating curated experiences, showcasing her ability to connect and uplift. As the chair or Professional Development with PCAPPA Mia has recently completed the requirement to be come a supervisor’s toolkit trainer.
